Niagara Radon Solutions provides radon testing, mitigation and related information for Niagara Region, Ontario. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, customer inquiry form and business communications.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, municipality, requested service and message. You may also choose to provide radon test information or relevant property details. We do not request payment card information, health records or government identification through this form.

Our website hosting provider may automatically process technical data, such as IP address, browser details, access times and security logs, to deliver, protect and operate the website. The radon result checker runs in your browser; values entered into the checker are not submitted to us unless you separately include them in an inquiry.

2. Why we use information

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss available services, assess the nature of your request, arrange follow-up and maintain reasonable business records. We do not use contact-form information to send marketing campaigns without a separate appropriate basis or consent.

3. Consent and your choices

By submitting the inquiry form, you agree to our collection and use of the information provided for responding to your request. You can also contact us by email. Please avoid sending sensitive medical, financial or identification details. You may contact us to ask about information held about you, request a correction or make an applicable deletion request.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Netlify to host the website and process inquiry forms. Form submissions may be stored in Netlify's submission dashboard. We use Google Workspace to receive and manage email, including inquiry notifications and correspondence. These providers process information to deliver the services we use. Authorized personnel at Niagara Radon Solutions may review inquiries and, where required to serve a customer, share relevant information with appropriately involved contractors or professional advisors.

Information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to laws in those jurisdictions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where legally required.

5. Protection and retention

We use reasonable access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect customer inquiries. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, related business needs, legal obligations or dispute resolution, then delete it when no longer required. Access and deletion requests can be made using the contact address below.

6. Links, payments and website analytics

Links to third-party websites are subject to those websites' own practices. This website does not process payments or collect payment-card details. No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are intentionally installed by the site at this time; routine hosting and security logs may still be generated. We will update this policy if our tools or information practices change materially.
